Fabric Ties

Happy Cinco de Mayo and "Supermoon" day! Did you get a chance to view the moon tonight? It was quite a rare sight and I'm glad I was able to see it. Today was such an eventful day so I'm feeling like sharing a simple yet adorable tutorial with you. I personally appreciate the attention of little details. They play a greater part to a whole and create a more visually appealing product. The best part of adding your own personal touch on details is that you can do whatever you want, however you want. There is no right or wrong way. No one will know how the final product is supposed to look like. This will give you a chance to experiment and be as creative as you'd like. One detail to experiment with is bows. There's a vast array of ways a bow can be shaped. Fabric bow ties are an easy and cute way to embellish and finish off any gift or product. Here's what you will need:

Fabric (any color/pattern/texture)
Bow Silhouette Paper Print Out (print to desired size)
Double-Sided Tape
Scissors

STEP 1:
Grab your paper print out and tape the fabric upright to the blank side of the paper.

STEP 2:
Cut along silhouette and cut out the shape. Carefully remove the paper and tape away from the fabric. Throw paper and tape away.

And that's it! Tie these babies in a knot or around a stick and you'll have yourself an adorable little bow. Attach them onto packages for a unique, whimsical touch. These bows can be designed to any shape and size you can imagine. There is no limit to what you can formulate. Anyone will be lucky to receive one of these precious gems on their package!
