Paint Chip Animals

Hello all and a happy Saturday to you! I've been browsing around for some d.i.y. tutorials that are easy and wallet friendly yet still look legit. While searching, I came across Mer Mag. The tutorials on this blog are clean and kid-friendly thus adorable. If you ever need something to fill up a little time, head on over and check out some of the tutorials. They're pretty neat. One of my favorites is the paint chip animals. They are creative, interesting, and best of all easy to make. Another plus is that most of the material needed are ones you should already own or can get for free at any housing/paint store like Home Depot or Walmart. I've taken many paint chips in my days and have never once thought about using them in any other way than just paint chips. When I saw this tutorial I was ecstatic and was ready to go out and grab some paint chips. But it's getting pretty late so sadly I will have to do this tomorrow.

Once you have the paint chips and the templates downloaded, you'll be all set to go. Grab your pencil and trace the template onto the paint chip. Cut out the shapes and attach the body to the legs. It's as simple as that! Do this with the rest of the animals and you'll have a zoo party in no time. This will definitely keep kids and adults entertained for some easy fun arts and crafts. Take this a step further and you can even draw and color on these cutouts. Be creative and let your imagination run wild!
